Hi, I’m Bailey!
I’m the sole owner and operator of Aphrodite’s Realm, which is a Greek Mythology inspired bath and body shop.
Aphrodite’s Realm is made in East Vancouver and everything is made small batch and paraben/phthalate free. I’m a lover of animals and nature, which is why sustainability is so important to me and my company. All of my products come sustainably packaged, I source ingredients/supplies from Canadian suppliers, and shipping supplies are reused and recyclable.
Aphrodite’s Realm is an Indigenous and woman owned business. I’m part of the Skidegate band of the Haida nation. Haawa is how you give thanks in the Skidegate dialect or Xaadya Kil.
You might be wondering, why Greek Mythology? I’ve always loved fantasy, magic and storytelling. With Greek Mythology there’s all of that and more! I love being able to bring a bit of that magic into peoples homes through my products. I’ve been a creator/artist for as long as I can remember. I’ve dabbled in many mediums over the years, such as photography, painting, jewelry making and sewing. Aphrodite’s Realm was created in 2021, but was born many years prior from my love of making my own bath and beauty products for myself and friends. I’m my own biggest fan and create products that I myself want to use and do use regularly.
